The National Continence Helpline is a freecall helpline staffed by continence nurses who provide confidential information and advice. It is available to anyone who has concerns for themselves, a family member or friend. They also provide free information resources and referral to local continence clinics.
Your doctor - you doctor can talk to you about incontinence and can refer you to a specialist, continence nurse advisor or continence physiotherapist.
